The Affordable Comfortable People Carrier

The Toyota Estima is a Japanese Grey Import to the UK, Australia, USA and many other countries and is also known as the Previa and Tarago in various locations. This vehicle is often considered to be the best affordable people carrier (MPV) on the roads today. The various models of the Estima were way ahead of the competiton when it came to technology and passenger comfort at the time of manufacture. Below you will see some of the features of the Toyota Estima.

Seat Up To Eight With Room For Luggage

Depending which model you buy you can seat up to eight people including the driver and still have room for luggage unlike many other people carriers. The seating configuration is as follows:

Row One - Drivers and Front Passenger Bucket Seats.

Row Two - Single Seat Bucket and Double Seat OR Two Bucket Seats (Captains Chairs). In both configurations the the seats can be rotated 180 degrees to face the rear so passengers are able to socialise while travelling. Great for those with small children who love attention and can be entertained on long trips. If passengers want privacy the seats can be rotated to face the front.

Row Three - One split bench seat for 3 passengers. If you need to load large items into the Estima these seats do not have to be removed and stored. Unlcip them from the floor anchors and lift them into the vertical position against the sides of the vehicle and strap into place. Remove the headrests and store them in the compartment in the base of the seat. Take the purpose-built cap fro mthe base of the seat and place it over the floor anchors. Sound complicated? It takes about 3 minutes once you have fasmiliarised yourself with the location of anchors and clips.

Seats Layout into Bed - All of the rear seats can be have the backrests lowered and then the back of your Estima becomes a bed.

Multiple Sunroofs

There are three different roof types for the Toyota Estima.
Twin Moonroof (Standard) - Two sunroofs which both open. Smaller one over the driver and front passenger seats which opens by tilting up at the rear. One large sliding roof over the rear passenger area which opens electrically by pushing a button.
J- Top (Joyful Canopy) - Raised twin sunroofs for extra headroom.
Tin-Top - No sunroofs.
